In order to receive payment for an item you've sold, that item must be fulfilled with valid tracking information before payout can be initiated.
If you have multiple items in an order, you will need to fulfill each item with valid tracking in order to be paid for that item.
Payout Schedule vs Payout Speed
Once an order is fulfilled, please allow up to 24 hours for your payout to be visible in your Stripe account.
The payout schedule will be contingent upon the fulfillment status of your orders. By ensuring prompt fulfillment of your orders, you can expedite the initiation of payout transfers for each individual order.
Payout speed refers to the timeframe within which funds become available in your linked bank account. Payout speed will default to 2 business days for Sellers in the United States. For international sellers, this will be dependent on Stripe and you can look up the payout speed per country through this link.
You can view all of your scheduled and past payments in your Stripe Dashboard at https://connect.stripe.com/express_login.
Here's an example: If you're a U.S. seller and one of your items sells on Monday, and you fulfill the order with tracking information on the same day, your funds will be transferred to your Stripe account within 24 hours. After the transfer is complete, your payment will be deposited into your linked bank account on or before Thursday, which is two business days later.
Note: Your payment may be delayed due to bank holidays, weekends, or if you have an international bank account among other factors.
