Community Guidelines

Community is at the heart of NTWRK. As an integral part of the NTWRK community, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines. 

In sum, our guidelines ask that you be kind and honest. 

Guidelines 

  • Harassment and Discrimination
    • We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination towards any member of the NTWRK community.
  • Language and Content
    • Using obscene or inappropriate language or content associated with our name is prohibited, and we reserve the right to take corrective action against any user who does so. This includes, but is not limited to, mature and adult content. 
  • Account Security
    • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and you agree to accept responsibility for any use of or action taken under your account. 
  • Channel Activities
    • You are responsible for all activities associated with your channel, regardless of individual or business management. This includes breaches of guidelines and terms, as well as misconduct by guests, featured content, and employees involved in streaming and fulfillment.
  • Prohibited products
    • It is your responsibility as a Seller to source, sell, and fulfill only authentic products that are legal for sale and comply with these Product Compliance guidelines and NTWRK’s other policies. 
  • Illegal Gambling
    • We strictly prohibit any form of illegal gambling.
  • Drugs, Alcohol, and Controlled Substances
    • The use, promotion, or sale of drugs, alcohol, and any controlled substances during live shows is strictly prohibited. Please refer to Product and Publishing Requirements for more info.
  • Shill Bidding 
    • Shill bidding refers to the practice of placing bids on an item with the intention of artificially inflating its price, appeal, or visibility in search results. This can result in an unjust advantage for the bidder or lead to others paying more than they should. In order to uphold a fair and equitable marketplace for all our users, NTWRK strictly prohibits shill bidding. 
  • Competitor Promotion
    • Promotion of products or services of other competitors is not permitted.
  • Off-Platform Transactions
    • It is prohibited to accept or request payments outside of the platform for items sold. All transactions should be processed through NTWRK.
  • Unfair and Unlawful Activities
    • Activities considered unfair or unlawful include, but are not limited to:
      • Providing misleading or inappropriate information
      • Manipulating sales or product information
      • Attempting to increase the price of a product after an order is confirmed
      • Attempting to damage another Seller, their listings, or ratings
  • Customer Communication
    • Purposeful Communication
      • All communications to customers must be for purposes of and be necessary for fulfilling your orders or providing customer services.
    • Marketing and Solicitation
      • Marketing and solicitation communications are prohibited. 
    • Seller Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      • You must adhere to our Seller Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which include transparency, accountability, and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

As a NTWRK affiliate, compliance to these guidelines are expected beyond the platform. 

 

Consequences

Violating any of these guidelines, or any other NTWRK policies may result in actions taken against your account, such as, without limitation, suspension and/or termination of your account and/or your use of the Services completely. This can also include cancellation of listings, withholding of payments, and imposing of transactional limits.

 

How to Report Violations

If you notice any actions or behaviors on the platform that do not abide by the aforementioned guidelines, please email us at sellers@thentwrk.com.

We will review each report thoroughly and take appropriate action.
