Why is it important?
Effective and reliable fulfillment can help build trust with and expand your following on NTWRK.
These tips can help you successfully fulfill orders:
- Keep track of product levels and inventory at all times, especially if the same product is listed in multiple sales channels outside of NTWRK to avoid overselling.

- Ship orders on time and provide tracking information to customers to drive satisfaction and trigger your payout faster.
If there are any unforeseen issues that cause shipment delays, please inform our team at customer.service@thentwrk.com promptly. Honesty and transparency are essential in building long-lasting customer relationships and fostering loyalty.
Tools for Fulfillment
Inventory Management
- Whether your storage location is your place of business, a warehouse, a fulfillment center, or a storage facility, be sure to have a system in place that keeps everything organized and readily available.
- Assign each product a SKU code and store it in a dedicated location for easy picking and inventory tracking.
Order Processing
- Once an order is placed, the order processing begins, which involves picking, packing and shipping the item(s).
- Quality checking
- This process involves verifying items, quantities, damages, defects, and packaging to catch errors before shipping to reduce the risk of returns, complaints, or negative feedback.
- Packaging
- It's crucial that you use the appropriate shipping materials when shipping out items to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping
- Some of the frequent carriers our Sellers like to use are FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS just to name a few. Which one you choose will depend on a number of factors:
- Cost and services. Customers are more likely to order if the shipping fee is not too high.
- Where are you shipping the order? Some carriers don't ship to every destination.
- Product type. Is your product fragile? If so, you may want to choose a carrier that you can trust to care for your packages and that can ship these types of items.
- Reliability and reputation. While customers often prefer lower shipping fees, if your product is high-value, it may be worth choosing a more reliable service.
- Tracking services. Our customers also appreciate the ability to track their orders and receive updates on delivery status. As a kind reminder, orders must be fulfilled with a valid tracking number in order to be paid out accordingly. Be sure to choose a service that will give both you and the customer peace of mind.
The Post-Delivery Experience
- Even if you've diligently followed all the tips outlined above, unexpected events can still occur. It's important to have a process in place for orders that arrive with issues such as incorrect or damaged products. Things to consider are:
- Can you support a replacement?
- Is it better for the customer to keep the damaged/incorrect item or will you support a return label?
We recommend you have a designated person or email for any post-purchase inquiries and that you check this frequently. All customers should be funneled to NTWRK's customer support at support@thentwrk.com, but you may be looped in by our team if we need your input.
