Create and Manage your Products

As a NTWRK Seller, you can upload products from your Shopify store or create products directly in Seller Dashboard. 

Note: You must create at least one shipping profile prior to creating products in the Seller Dashboard. For more information on this, please see Creating Shipping Profiles. 

Optional: Before you can manage Shopify products, you will need to integrate your Shopify account with NTWRK. THIS article will walk you through how that is done.

  Creating Products on Seller Dashboard

  Step 1: Tap the three lines on the top left corner to access the side menu navigation. From the side menu navigation, select 'Product Catalog'

  

  Step 2: Tap on 'Create Product' on the upper right-hand corner of your Product Catalog page

  
  
  

  Step 3: On the following page, enter all the required information [product name, product description, product variant info and product photos]. 

  

  

  • • You'll be asked to enter a Shipping Profile and Product Category. For more information on this, please see the articles below:
      • Creating Shipping Profiles
      • Adding Categories To Your Products
    • Product Type
      • If you intend to run a product as an auction, select 'Auctions' as your Product Type. Otherwise, leave it as a standard 'Buy Now' product. 
      • Starting bid, reserve price, auction timer, etc will be set up while you're live in show. 
        • All About Auctions
        • Reserve Price for Auctions
        • Standard vs. Flash Auctions
    • Enable/Disable for purchase 
      
      • By default, this toggle will be turned off. Turning it on will make your products instantly purchasable on thentwrk.com and the shop tab in-app, which can be useful if you don't want to immediately go live. If left off, your products will automatically be enabled for purchase at show start time.
  • Product Variants
    • Enter your variant quantity and price (e.g., by size or size color combo). If you have a range of sizes for a single product, please specify each size as a separate variant, for example, Size 9, Size 10, and so on.

  Step 4: Once you're done, tap 'Save'! You can go back and make adjustments if needed to all of these details.

• Shopify Products

  Adding Products from Shopify

  Products will sync directly from your Shopify store and be displayed in your product catalog. For information on how to sync your Shopify please see Connecting Your Shopify. 

  For Shopify products, you will only be able to assign a shipping profile, enable/disable products for purchase, and assign product categories. 

  A shipping profile must be assigned to Shopify products once imported into the Seller Dashboard. 

  You will know the product was created in Shopify if it has a Shopify logo on the bottom right corner of the image: 

  

  To update other product information, make the changes in your Shopify store and resync for the updates to take effect.

• Product Catalog

  All your products appear in the Product Catalog. 

  This does not mean they're available to purchase. You will need to manually enable or disable them at the product creation level. 

  In this view, you have the following options:

  • Search products by name
  • Perform bulk edits on your products (limited to enabling for purchase, shipping profile and product category)
    • Bulk Editing Your Products
  • Filter products by product type (auction vs. buy now), product status (enabled vs. disabled) and shipping profile(s)
  • Sort products by price and/or quantity
