Managing Your Shows In The NTWRK App
Step 1: Navigate to the Seller tab and click on the three dots next to the show you want to manage. From there, you'll have the ability to:
Share Your Show - You can use this feature to share it across your social channels ahead of showtime and get your followers to tune in.
Edit Your Show - Make updates to any fields before your show.
Duplicate Your Show - You can duplicate a show if you'd like to reuse the same assets and/or other show configurations.

Managing Your Shows In The Seller Dashboard
Your Seller Dashboard provides you with additional features and capabilities when it comes to managing your show.
Step 1: From your dashboard, simply tap on the show you'd like to edit and update the fields. Any field can be updated, including date and time.
Edit Products & Show
You are able to select Edit Products or Edit show in the top right corner.
Show Controls
Change Show Status (Draft, Active, Live, Complete)
- Draft: You can save your show to be edited and published at a later time.
- Active: Your show will be published to the application and users can see your pre-show trailer/cover image.
- Live: Your show is currently live. This happens automatically once you go live.
- Complete: After your show has ended it will automatically be moved to complete.
If your show has accidentally ended or has been moved to a complete status, you can go live again by manually putting your show in a Live status.
Product Controls
You can manually enable or disable products for purchase. If disabled, the products will still be visible to the customer, but they can't purchase.
Chat
You can send, pin or delete messages and now you can even ban users from the chat. Bans can be as long as 10 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or even forever! Please see Chat Moderation for more info.
Recordings
Once your show is completed, you'll be able to download the recording here.
Edit Your Shows
You can edit your shows as many times as you need!
Scheduling Your Shows
On average, shows that are scheduled at least 1 week before their air date earn 37% higher revenue than shows scheduled with less time. In other words, the further in advance you can create your show, the better.
Creating your show in advance also allows time for you to promote the show across your social media channels and build excitement with your audience.
You can schedule as many shows as you'd like at a given time.
Sharing Your Shows
Once your show has been created, you can tap the share icon next to the show in the Seller Tab of the app to access and share the show link.
Once your show is completed, you can also download the recording and share it across your social channels!
