Currency conversion occurs at the time of a transaction, such as when a payment is captured, a refund is issued, or when there is a chargeback. The foreign exchange rate used is always the rate at the time of the transaction.
Conversion rates for NTWRK
Currently, NTWRK only supports payment in US dollars. If you are located in a region that predominantly supports another currency, please convert your retail value into USD to be the equivalent of the original value of the product. If you are shipping from outside of the United States, please include “duties and taxes may apply” in your product description.
NTWRK customers are liable for any and all applicable import duties and customs charges that may apply to their shipments.
NTWRK does not have an automatic currency conversion feature. The application can only interpret numerical pricing values, which means you'll have to manually adjust the prices to match their USD equivalents.
For Example: Currently €30 = $32 usd — so if you’re selling something for €30 euro you’ll need to adjust the price to €32 euro in your Shopify or Seller Dashboard and in turn it will display as $32 usd in the app.
