Going live and selling your product is what being a seller on NTWRK is all about. In this article we'll go through everything you need to know to host a NTWRK show.
Going Live
To go live on NTWRK, navigate to the Seller tab on the bottom navigation bar of the NTWRK app.
Next to your scheduled show, tap Go Live. (See How to create a show for info on how to schedule a show.)
You’ll be taken through some audio and internet connection tests. Follow the prompts on your device.
Complete the internet connection test, then tap Go Live again.
You'll see a countdown on your device, and after the countdown finishes, you'll immediately be live on NTWRK, streaming to everyone in the NTWRK audience who's tuning in! Congratulations!
This is also the moment that anyone who tapped "Notify Me" on your show will receive a notification on their device that you've gone live.
Tips
- Be sure you’re on the most recent version of the NTWRK app
- If you're using earphones, microphones, or wireless headphones, make sure they are connected and working properly
- If you are not using Bluetooth audio equipment, turn off Bluetooth on your device
- Avoid crowded spaces with loud noises
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection
- Put your device on “Do Not Disturb” so your show isn't interrupted with calls
What to do While Live
No two shows are ever the same. Sellers enjoy experimenting with the format of their shows! Some ideas include:
- Interactive fashion shows
- Craft products live on air
- If you’re a singer or performer, perform while selling merchandise
- Trivia games with the chat
- Giveaway items

Audio Troubleshooting

- If you are not using bluetooth, ensure that your bluetooth is turned off
- End the stream
- Force quit the app
- Reload and go live again
Multiple Devices

- Any number of devices can be logged into your account simultaneously.
- Devices logged in under the same account can stream on different shows at the same time. (The primary use case for this is to enable multiple individuals on your team to host multiple shows at the same time.)
- Devices logged in under the same account CANNOT stream on the same show at the same time.
- To log in to one NTWRK account on multiple devices, enter the phone number for the account you would like to log in to and enter the activation code sent to the device
