Understanding the NTWRK Sales Channel View
Access the NTWRK Sales Channel View by selecting “NTWRK” from the left navigation on Shopify, under “Sales Channels”. Note that you will not see NTWRK listed unless you have successfully completed the integration process. See Connecting Your Shopify for more information.
Once you have accessed the NTWRK Sales Channel View, you’ll see your Account Status and Product Status.
Your Account Status is listed directly below the email associated with your NTWRK account. If your account is successfully integrated, you will see “Account connected” as your status.
Your Product Status tells you how many products have been successfully published to NTWRK, along with how many products are in your store that have not been successfully published to NTWRK. Read more about publishing products below.

In order to sell a Shopify product on NTWRK, your product must meet the following requirements:
- NTWRK Sales Channel must be enabled for that product
- Product has a Title
- Product has a Description
- Product has at least 1 image
- Product has a price (for all variants)
- Product has an inventory value of greater than 0 (for at least 1 variant)

For auction products only: You will need to configure this from your Seller Dashboard
All products that meet these conditions will appear under "Products" when you create a show on the NTWRK app or the Seller Dashboard.
If you are attempting to sync multiple products (over 100 items), there may be a slight delay from publishing products to seeing them populate in app. Please allow 15-20 minutes for your product to populate.

If your product has multiple sizes, please follow these instructions: On the product page, select the box indicating that This product has multiple options, like size or color.
Please only configure sizes and do not add details on color into the variant.
NTWRK only accepts the size values from table below as valid sizes. If you enter size information differently or include color information in your Shopify variant, your products will not be filtered correctly within the Shop section of the app.

Navigate to a product page in Shopify. In the top right corner, look for the Sales Channels and Apps module. If you see NTWRK listed anywhere in that module, the NTWRK Sales Channel is successfully enabled for that product. If you do not see NTWRK listed in that module, select "Manage" to add it.
If you select "Manage" and you still don't see an option to add the NTWRK sales channel, the NTWRK Sales Channel likely is not properly integrated. See Connecting Your Shopify for troubleshooting details.

If you want to sell through multiple Shopify stores, you can connect them to the NTWRK app. To do this, repeat the steps above for each successive Shopify store.
If you have multiple stores connected, you will be able to toggle between them in app by navigating to the seller tab and tapping the Seller dropdown at the top of your screen.
- You can change the Shopify store that is connected to your NTWRK account by disconnecting the NTWRK Sales Channel from your current Shopify store and going through the integration process with your new store. To disconnect the NTWRK Sales Channel from your current Shopify store, tap the white “Disconnect” button on the Account status module in the NTWRK Sales Channel View.

- Navigate to that product page in Shopify. Confirm that the NTWRK Sales Channel is activated.
- Confirm that the product has a Title, Description, at least 1 Image, a price (for all variants), and an inventory value of greater than 0 (for at least 1 variant)
- Confirm the NTWRK Sales Channel was integrated correctly with your Shopify account by referencing Connecting Your Shopify.
- Confirm you have the latest version of the NTWRK app.
- If you are attempting to upload a large volume of products (over 100 items), please allow 15-20 minutes for the products to populate in the NTWRK app.
