Create Shipping Restrictions for Your Products

With NTWRK, you have the flexibility to create shipping restrictions for your products, including:

  • Only allow orders from specific countries
  • Block orders from specific countries

Configure these restrictions by setting up a Shipping Profile. You can apply restrictions to your Default Shipping Profile, which will apply to all your future products and shows, or to a product- and show-specific shipping profile. 

Only allow orders from specific countries

      1. When setting up your Shipping Profile, add Shipping Rates for all the countries you offer shipping to.
      2. Keep the toggle for The rest of the world disabled.
      3. Click Save when you are finished updating.

    Customers will only be able to purchase your product if their shipping address is located in one of the countries you set up a Shipping Rate for.

    Block orders from specific countries

                1. When setting up your Shipping Profile, add Shipping Rates for all the countries you offer unique shipping rates to.
                2. Enable the toggle for The rest of the world.
                3. Add your International shipping rate as a catchall for all countries you haven't set specific shipping rates for.
                4. Click Edit/Add under the Blocked Countries section.
                5. Select all the countries you do not offer shipping to and click the Select button. Click Save when you are finished updating.
                6. Customers will be able to purchase from all countries except for the countries you've blocked.

    Automatically restricted countries

    • Afghanistan, Antarctica, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cyprus, Haiti, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Libya, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
