Going Live From Multiple Devices

Devices logged in under the same account CANNOT stream on the same show at the same time.

If you log into your NTWRK account across multiple devices, here are some important things to keep in mind.

  • Any number of devices can be logged into your account simultaneously.
  • Devices logged in under the same account can stream on different shows at the same time. (The primary use case for this is to enable multiple individuals on your team to host multiple shows at the same time.)
  • To log in to one NTWRK account on multiple devices, enter the phone number for the account you would like to log in to and enter the activation code sent to the device.

However, multiple devices using different accounts can stream on the same show at the same time. To enable this, you must request another account to be added to your team. 

How do I add someone on my team? 

To add someone on your team, please reach out to sellers@thentwrk.com and let us know you would like to add an additional account to your team. Just provide us with the email address of the person you would like to add.

Please note, this additional team member must have their own NTWRK user account with this email address.

Once the second account is added, they will be able to see the Seller tab within their NTWRK app, where they can view all the shows created for your team, start broadcasting from that device or login to the Seller Dashboard.
