Managing Your Orders

With Seller Dashboard, you can access all your orders purchased through NTWRK, making it easy to fulfill. 

To access your orders, click the three horizontal lines on the top left of your screen and select 'Orders'. 

You'll land on the following page: 

    • Customer Order ID: This is the transaction numbers customers receive when they place their order. 
    • Status: Reflects as OPEN when an order has not shipped and CLOSED when it has. 

    An order will remain OPEN if all line items have not been shipped. For example, an order contains 4 line items, but you've only shipped 2 out of the 4, it will still be considered an OPEN order. 

    • Ship By: Calculated as the sale date of the item plus handling time.  
      • Past Due badge: Order is overdue for shipment. 
      • Ship Soon badge: Displayed when the Ship By date is 2 days away or sooner.

    If there are multiple Ship By dates for different items in the order, the system will show the earliest Ship-By Date for the item that is still in OPEN status.

    • Order Status Filter: Easily view all your OPEN orders that need to be fulfilled. 
    • Search Functionality: You can search through your orders based on Customer Order ID, Customer Name or Username. 
    • Date Filter Functionality: Default view is all orders, but you can create a range by entering or selecting a date.  

     

  • Once you're ready to fulfill an order, simply click into it and click on Fulfill Item(s). The flow will prompt you to enter the carrier and tracking information. For more information on this, please see our article How to Fulfill Orders in Seller Dashboard.
