This article will give you a quick guide on fulfilling your orders on the Seller Dashboard.
Order Details Page
Clicking into an order will bring you to the page shown below. Here, you'll find all the information you will need to fulfill the order.
Payment Info
Below the Payout Amount, you'll have a breakdown view of what the customer paid, NTWRK's fee and your total payout.
Items Section
The order summary includes item details such as Item Name, Item Variant, Price, Line Item Status (Fulfillment Status), Product Image, and Ship By Date.
A Shopify badge is displayed for items originating from Shopify.
Important note: These items will need to be fulfilled through your Shopify store.
Adding Tracking to Orders
In order to get paid for an order, you will need to fulfill that order with valid tracking. Here's how:
Click on Fulfill Items
Select the item(s) you want to fulfill and click Continue
Select the corresponding carrier from the dropdown menu and paste in your tracking number. Once you're done, click Fulfill Items
You'll receive a message that your order has been successfully fulfilled. Note: If you have additional items in the same order, you'll receive the same message with an option to Fulfill More Items.
The order will now reflect as CLOSED and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
