How do giveaways work on NTWRK?

NTWRK does not have chat moderators, so if you want to host a giveaway during your live, please follow these steps: 

• 1. Choose a customer from your show's chat and take down their username.
  2. Send us an email at [e-mail] with the customer's username and a description of the giveaway item.
  3. We will promptly send you the customer's shipping address and ask that you follow up with us with tracking information.
  4. Once you've shipped the item, you will need to provide us with the tracking number and we'll take care of notifying the customer!

We kindly ask that giveaway items be shipped within 1-2 business days after your show. If you need more time, please let us know.
