Prior to hosting your first show on NTWRK, you can create a Default Shipping Profile that defines:
- The countries you ship to
- How much you charge to ship to each country
- Estimated handling time for each shipment
- Any shipping discounts you want to offer!
The Default Shipping Profile you configure will be applied automatically to all products you sell on NTWRK unless you manually apply a different Shipping Profile. You can always edit your Default Shipping Profile later.
Creating your Default Shipping Profile takes less than a minute and only needs to happen once.
Create Your Default Shipping Profile
You can set this up in the NTWRK app or in the Seller Dashboard. Simply follow the steps outlined in this article Create Your Shipping Profiles.
Make sure you checkmark the box at the end and you're all set!
Editing your Default Shipping Profile
To edit your default shipping profile at any time, navigate to Shipping Profiles from your dashboard or the NTWRK app and click into it.
Keep in mind that any changes to your Default Shipping Profile will only apply to newly added products. All products that had the previous default shipping profile assigned, will still have that profile unless manually updated.
Keep in Mind...
- You cannot create a product on NTWRK until you set a Shipping Profile for at least one country.
- If you do not set a Shipping Rate policy for the rest of the world, only customers in the countries you've individually assigned Shipping Rates to will be able to purchase from your shows.
- Your default Shipping Profile will be applied to all your products unless you manually apply a different one.
