Prior to hosting your first show on NTWRK, you must create one or multiple Shipping Profiles that define:
- The countries you ship to
- How much you charge to ship to each country
- Estimated handling time for each shipment
- Any shipping discounts you want to offer!
Creating a shipping profile takes less than a minute.

Create A Shipping Profile In The NTWRK App
Your Shipping Profile will consist of a shipping rate per country and handling time.
To get started, navigate to the Seller tab in the NTWRK app. Tap on the 'Shipping Profiles' button located at the top of your screen.
Tap on 'Create New Profile'.
Set your Shipping Rates
Name your shipping profile (Ex: Sneakers Shipping) and add in your shipping rates.
The shipping rate is the amount you will charge for shipping per product on NTWRK.
You must set a shipping rate for at least one country. The United States is selected by default, but can be removed by tapping on the trash icon.
International Shipping
To set up individual default shipping rates for other countries, tap the 'Add' button in the top right corner of the 'Shipping Rates' module.
If you want to set a single shipping rate for all other countries, toggle the 'Rest of the World Shipping' feature on. Then, configure a single 'Rest of the World' shipping rate that will apply to orders from all countries not exclusively listed in the Shipping Rates module.
For example, here is a shipping profile with a $5 shipping rate for the U.S., a $10 shipping rate for Canada, and a $20 Rest of the world shipping rate for all other countries:
Blocking Countries

Afghanistan, Antarctica, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cyprus, Haiti, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Libya, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
To block orders from other specific countries, switch the toggle in the 'Rest of the World Shipping' module to the "on" position, then tap the Add/Edit button next to 'Blocked Countries'. From there, select the countries you want to block. Confirm your selection by tapping Select.
Enable Shipping Discounts
You can offer discounts when a customer orders more than one item from you with the same shipping profile!
By enabling this feature, you can input a percentage amount you want to discount on shipping as shown below. For more information, please see Shipping Discounts for Multiple Items.
Set your Handling Time
The handling time is the estimated amount of time between receiving and shipping a customer's order. Your audience will be able to see the estimated handling time in the product details during your show.
Select your default handling time. You can also select 'Custom' from the menu.
Note, handling time is not delivery time. Handling time strictly addresses the length of time from order placed to order handed off for shipment. You are not required to provide delivery time.
Set a Default Shipping Profile
You can set one profile as your 'Default Shipping Profile' at any given time by checking the box at the end. Selecting this as a default means that any new products that are added into your dashboard will automatically have this shipping profile applied.
Save your Shipping Profile
Tap save.
Congratulations! You've successfully created your Shipping Profile.

Adding Shipping Profiles
Step 1: From the side menu navigation select 'Shipping Profiles'
Step 2: Click 'Create New Profile'
Step 3: Name your Shipping Profile (ex: 'Sneakers Shipping')
Adding Shipping Rates
Shipping rate is configured in USD and are in dollar and cents. Each shipping profile can have one or more rates (e.g. $5 for US, $10 for Canada)
In this section, you can also add/remove countries that you'd like to exclusively ship to. You can also use our Rest of the World Shipping feature, which we'll cover below.
Creating Shipping Restrictions
With NTWRK, you have the flexibility to create shipping restrictions for your products, including:
- Only allow orders from specific countries
- Block orders from specific countries
By enabling 'Rest of the World Shipping', you can create a single international rate as a catchall for all countries you haven't set specific shipping rates for.
You'll also have the ability to define which countries are blocked from receiving products by following these steps:
Step 1: Toggle the 'Disabled' button on
Step 2: Click on Add/Edit for Blocked Countries. Add or remove your selected blocked countries and click 'Submit'.
Step 3: Your selected blocked countries will now be listed here

Enable Shipping Discounts

Adding Handling Times
This lets the customer know how long after completing their transaction will their order ship. You have the option to choose between the following preset windows: 1-2 business days, 2-3 business days, 1-2 weeks, 2-3 weeks or 4-6 weeks.
If none of these are applicable, you can choose the 'Custom' option.
Handling time is a required field and must be included
Default Shipping Profiles
You can set one shipping profile as your default. This means that any products added will automatically have this default shipping profile applied, unless you manually assign a different one.
All you have to do is make sure this box is checked before clicking on Create or Save (if editing an existing profile).
Only one shipping profile can be the default at a given time.

Editing your Shipping Profiles
To edit your shipping profile(s) at any time, tap on 'Shipping Profiles' at the top of your screen in your Seller tab or click into the Shipping Profile from your dashboard!
If you want to delete a shipping profile, you can swipe left and see the option to remove or click on the 'DELETE' button via the dashboard.
Keep in mind that any changes to your Default Shipping Profile will affect all products on all future shows.
Keep in Mind...
- You cannot schedule a show on NTWRK until you create a Shipping Profile for at least one country.
- If you do not set a Shipping Rate policy for the rest of the world, only customers in the countries you've individually assigned Shipping Rates to will be able to purchase from your shows.
- Your Default Shipping Profile will be applied to all your products unless you manually apply a different shipping profile.
