Generating Your Own Shipping Labels Through Shippo

Note: This feature is still in Beta Testing!

NTWRK has partnered with Shippo to make it easy for you to purchase and print shipping labels directly from your Seller Dashboard! You'll have access to reduced rates through various carriers including FedEx, USPS, DHL, Canada Post and many more depending on your region. 

You will still have control over setting shipping prices, collecting shipping revenue and handling label payments. Please see Fulfilling Your Orders 101 for more info.   

• When you're ready to fulfill an order, click into it and you'll have the option to select 'Generate Shipping Label'.

  

  You will then go through a setup flow, which involves creating a Shippo account and setting up payment information. 

  

• You will be able to generate labels through the following carriers:

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • USPS

  As long as DHL Express, FedEx, and/or USPS are available in any country globally, Shippo enables you to create labels with these carriers for both domestic and international shipments.

  For shipments originating from other countries outside of the U.S., please see Carriers Supported by Shippo. 

• Once you've set up an account with Shippo, you'll be redirected to purchase a label from their site when you select 'Generate Shipping Label'. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  A few things to note:

  • Customer addresses are filled in automatically
  • You can reuse package templates, so that you don't have to enter package dimensions every single time
  • You can browse and choose from different carriers and rates
  • You will need to add product weights manually in the "Package info" section each time

  Once a label is purchased, tracking information is immediately linked to the fulfilled item(s) and a payout is triggered. An email confirmation will be sent over to the customer as well as their tracking details.

• You'll have 2 options:  

  1. You can connect your Carrier account to your Shippo account, which can be done from the Shippo dashboard. 
  2. Or you can select 'Use My Personal Shipping Label' and fulfill the order with any carrier of your choice by using the Other option.
