Fulfilling Your Orders 101

After you've completed a show on NTWRK, it’s time to fulfill the orders you received.

Your Orders

All orders made on NTWRK will appear in the Order Management section of your Seller Dashboard. Orders placed through Shopify will also appear here and immediately sync with your Shopify store. You can find the full list of your orders on Shopify.

Fulfillment

To maintain good standing with NTWRK, you must fulfill your orders within the shipping window you specified in your Shipping Profile. 

To qualify as “fulfilled”, an order must be shipped and assigned a tracking number that can be used to follow a package in transit. For more information, please see How to Fulfill Orders in Seller Dashboard.

Customers may order multiple items from the same show, thereby sending multiple orders to your dashboard. Should the need arise for shipments to be sent asynchronously, please ship partially as needed. However, it is highly recommended that all shipments be combined into one shipment to save on shipping costs and simplify the delivery process for the customer. 

When consolidating shipments, remember to upload a tracking number for each order, even if it's the same tracking information.

  • Since you will be fulfilling your orders, you will need to create your own shipping labels. This allows you the flexibility to ship with the carrier of your choice. The cost of shipping is paid for by the customer at checkout and you can designate a default shipping rate to cover this amount. If you end up paying more than the rate that was initially set up, NTWRK will not cover the overage.

    We encourage you to configure a multi-order shipping discount in your Shipping Profiles! This can encourage customers to purchase more than one item from you. Please see Multi-Order Shipping Discounts for information on how to set this up.

    Please note, NTWRK will issue a payout based on the shipping costs configured in your assigned Shipping Profile.

    Currently, NTWRK only supports payment in US dollars. If you are located in a region that predominantly supports another currency, please convert your retail value into USD to be the equivalent of the original value of the product. If you are shipping from outside of the United States, please include “duties and taxes may apply” in your product description. 

    NTWRK customers are liable for any and all applicable import duties and customs charges that may apply to their shipments. 

  • You can update or modify NTWRK orders as you normally would, with two (2) exceptions: You cannot cancel or refund an order yourself.

  • If you suspect that an order you received through NTWRK is fraudulent, please send an email to sellers@thentwrk.com
