Moderating your chat is simple from the Seller Dashboard!
Before going live from your phone, you can sign into your Seller Dashboard from a desktop and pull up your show.
Scroll down to the 'Chat' dropdown and you'll see the following screen. From here, you can easily pin or delete chats, disable chat, ban users, and drop your own messages!
If you have multiple people on your team, you can add them as team members to your seller account and they can moderate the chat for you while you go live from your own NTWRK account.
