In this article, we’ll go over the show creation process step-by-step.
Readiness Checklist
Before moving forward, make sure that the following has been completed:
- Created products in your dashboard or imported your products from Shopify
- Assigned a shipping profile to all your products
Step-by-step

Step 1: Tap the Seller Tab in the bottom navigation bar of the NTWRK app.
You’ll see two (2) sections: Upcoming and Drafts
Step 2: Tap the 'Create show' button and enter your desired show title. Note: show titles have a 64 character limit.
Step 3: Next, you'll be prompted to select a category.
Step 4: Select your Show Date.
Step 5: Select your Show Time.
Step 6: Add your Products.
Step 7: Review your products and make sure there is no missing info! In this example, we are missing a Category.
By tapping on the ellipses symbol and selecting 'Edit', you'll be able to apply a shipping profile and/or a product category.
Step 8: You're almost done! Just upload a cover image and pre-show trailer and you're all set.
Step 9: Review your show details and 'Save as Draft' or go ahead and hit 'Create' to schedule it in-app.
You’re done!

Step 1: From the Seller Dashboard home page click [+Create Show]
Step 2: Enter show information
Enter your show title, desired date and time, select your show category and upload your pre-show trailer and cover image.
Your show title cannot be longer than 64 characters.
Toggle Products On/Off to Automatically Enable for Purchase at Show Time
By default, your products will automatically be enabled for purchase at show start time. If you'd like to turn this setting off, go to the Advanced Settings section of your show. If you turn this setting off, you must manually enable products using the 'Product Controls' section of your show page.

When you are ready, click continue. You'll be able to go back and make adjustments, if needed.
Step 3: Add your products
Click on the [+] to add from your previously configured products.
From the 'Add products' popup, you'll be able to select and search through products you want to include in your show

Step 4: Review your products
When you're done, you'll have a list view of all products that have been added to your show. From this view, you can remove or add more products.
If you're including Shopify products, ensure they have a Shipping Profile assigned otherwise, customers will not be able to purchase.
Step 5: Review your show
In this step, you'll be able to review your show details to ensure all product information is accurate.
If you're not quite ready to finish creating your show, you can save it as a draft. This can be accessed at a later time in the Drafts tab, located in your homepage.
Troubleshooting

The Seller Tab only appears in the bottom navigation bar for successfully onboarded sellers. Make sure you’ve completed all your onboarding steps.

Make sure you’ve filled out every required field in the show submission flow, including title, date, time, products, cover image, and pre-show trailer. If you haven’t filled out all the fields, you will not be able to submit the show.
Scheduling Shows
On average, shows that are scheduled at least 1 week before their air date earn 37% higher revenue than shows scheduled with less time. In other words, the further in advance you can create your show, the better.
Creating your show in advance also allows time for you to promote the show across your social media channels and build excitement with your audience.
You can schedule as many shows as you'd like at a given time.
Editing Shows
You can edit shows through the Seller Tab or from your Seller Dashboard. Simply tap on the show you'd like to edit and update the fields. Any field can be updated, including date and time.
You can edit shows as many times as you’d like.
You can also duplicate your shows if you'd like to reuse the same assets!
Sharing your Show
Once your show has been created, you can tap the share icon next to the show on the approved show section of the Seller Tab to access and share the show link.
